 Ball Communities consists of three separate and distinctively different communities in the Lake James, Western North Carolina area. Our business is uniquely placed between
two extremes of developers. One is the simple sub-divider
who buys large tracks of land, builds roads, subdivides the property into building lots, sells the land and is gone. The other end of the spectrum are the large resort communities that offer building lots for sale and offer an array of amenities like golf courses, restaurants, etc.
Our concept is different from those types of developments. Our properties are located in areas where we are easily accessible from Interstate 40, and area amenities such as Lake James for swimming, fishing, water skiing,
and boating, not to mention an abundance of great golf near by. Our communities are all gated
and feature paved roads, underground utilities, several parks and nice swimming pools, as well as hiking trails and fishing on or near the property. Our building program is what truly separates us from the rest of the developers. We will generate your house plans for you,
and help you to arrange financing and insurance. We will custom build your home, and assist you with anything you need in the future such as maintenance or property management. We have onsite general contractors as well as licensed Realtors.
